4. Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products through the DinoBoo website between the Seller (DinoBoo) and any customer (the "Customer"). Full identification of the Seller is provided in the site's Legal Notice.

Article 2 — Pricing
Product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. DinoBoo reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders
Placing an order on the site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email once payment has been processed.

Article 4 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order, using the payment methods available on the site. All transactions are secure.

Article 5 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at checkout, under the conditions and timeframes outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection law, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no reason required and no penalty. Details are outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.

Article 7 — Legal Warranties
All products sold on the site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law, independent of any commercial warranty offered by DinoBoo.

Article 8 — Liability
DinoBoo cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in cases of force majeure, stock shortages, or use of the product inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Article 10 — Governing Law and Disputes
